Writing comes more easily if you have something to say.

Awesome comic! Comics Alliance led me your way and these little ditties are very interesting probes into your/everyones’ psyche and are comforting me at my incredibly boring job! Thanks! P.S. you seem really cute but I can’t tell since you’re drawing yourself. I think you’re a year older than me.

Comforts of drawing while having inspiration pulsing through my veins, watching a great movie, reading a great book while it’s raining with a mug of hot coco and spending time with family & friends are things I wouldn’t trade for the world~
Your comics are wonderful and amazingly relatable :)

I can’t stand coffee either. I drink tea with milk in it (try that in england, and note that making the tea PROPERLY is extremely important, as exaplained by both Douglas Adams (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A61345) and Neil Gaiman (http://journal.neilgaiman.com/2005/06/last-tea-post.asp and http://journal.neilgaiman.com/2005/06/optimism-faith-english-breakfast.asp), both british!

I’m also a fan of numerous sodas (diet doctor pepper is awesome, diet coke’s ok with fresh lemon or lime juice in it), and chocolate penguin mints are wonderful (http://ifive.stores.yahoo.net/pencafchocmi.html).

Oh, and http://www.waterjoe.com/product.php uses a special kind of caffeine that doesn’t require being buried in sugar to taste ok, so you can use it to caffeinate jello and mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and… just about anything, really. :)

    But coffee is just nasty.

Thank you for so wonderfully illustrating my own relationship with the internet; I looked at that panel and briefly considered using it as a Facebook “profile photo”…

Tots don’t nurse on the nip like that — that would be painful and they wouldn’t really get much out — it’s more a series of compressions on the areola than sucking on the nipple (like many think) — see for example http://www.breastfeeding.com/helpme/helpme_images/anatomy2.jpg (I mention in part so you do not end up with a bad latch if/when you have a kid; I think thinking ‘they suck on the nipple, right?’ is what sabotages a lot of breastfeeding. You kinda feed ‘em the breast like a sandwich.)
